实验幼儿园本着全面实施素质教育，倾心于孩子的今天，着眼于孩子的明天，为孩子一生的可持续发展奠定基础。让孩子快乐，让家长放心，让社会满意的办园宗旨和坚持全面发展，倡导个性发展，实现可持续发展的办园理念，围绕引领市学前教育，创办省一流的幼儿园的办园目标，在教育教学活动中，该园以《幼儿园教育指导纲要》为准则，以人的可持续发展为着眼点，避免小学化倾向，各级教师结合幼儿年龄特点，对幼儿实施德、智、体、美全面发展的教育，注重在一日活动中，培养幼儿良好的生活、卫生、礼貌、学习习惯，培养幼儿求知的兴趣、动手操作的能力和创新精神，培养幼儿的交往能力和活泼乐观的性格，让幼儿健康快乐的成长。

三、介绍孩子一日生活的情况

所谓一日生活，就是孩子从早上入园到下午离园这一段时间的活动，这些是家长们最关心的事了，尤其是本学期我们班又新来了10个孩子，下面我就特为大家再做以介绍一下。

1、早上7：30─8：20是入园接待和晨间活动时间，希望家长在这段时间准时把孩子送来，这段时间我们为孩子准备的是区域活动时间，孩子通过自己动手、动脑，来提高自己的能力。

2、8：30—9：00是早饭时间，一般在家里吃过饭的孩子，到这里后都要再吃一些，所以你们不必担心孩子因为没吃好会饿肚子等一些事情。

3、9：10—10：00是进行教学活动的时间，这时的教育活动内容有很多，有语言、美术、体育、手工、音乐等我们进行的是综合教学，一节课的时间也就是30分钟左右。希望你们能多和我们联系，多了解一些孩子学习上的情况。我们教室门口设有家园栏，请家长多多关注。

4、10：00—10：50是喝水、户外活动、课间操时间。我们每天都有户外活动，主要是玩一些户外玩具，比如：拍皮球、走平衡木等，再玩一些小型的玩具。孩子们在这个时候是最开心的，既锻炼了身体又增强了体质。

5、11：00—11：30是中午饭时间,12：00—14：30是午睡时间

6、15：00—15：30是吃点心、喝水时间

7、15：30开展教学活动，如游戏、音乐等活动

8、16：30—17：00是下午饭时间。

另外，幼儿在幼儿园每天有三餐一点(早餐、中餐、点心、晚餐)，幼儿园大门口的橱窗张贴的有squo;每周食谱公示栏squo;，家长想了解可以留意。

除了以上活动，卫生保健工作是我们工作的重心，也是家长们关心的问题。我园的卫生保健工作是由李红霞医生负责，她是我园的专职保健医生，也就是你们早上送幼儿入园时要配合保健医生做好晨检工作，晨检工作内容主要是一看，二摸，三问，四查。我们班的教室和寝室的一切物品的消毒措施有紫外线消毒灯、84消毒、阳光爆晒以及消毒柜消毒等。

四、需要家长配合的工作：

1、如有特殊情况(病假、事假等)不能来园请及时与我们取得联系。请家长一定在早上7：30——8：30这个时间段送孩子。下午5：30开始接孩子，为了孩子安全请自觉坚持使用接送卡，委托其他人接的要电话相告或便条带信相告，家人不带卡接的，请签字(幼儿名，家长名)。另外，由于现在的传染病较多，下午接到孩子后，请与十分钟内离园。

2、现在都是独生子女，在家从来都是以他为中心，家长都疼得不得了，从来不用担心有人会跟他抢东西，可是进入幼儿园就不一样了，要学会分享，要学会谦让，要学会过集体生活，这个时候他往往很不适应，有一种不安全感，自己的东西不愿意跟人家分享啊，抢玩具啊，还有的小朋友发生攻击性行为等等，很娇气的孩子被别人轻轻地碰一下，就可能很委屈，泪眼汪汪地告状说有人打她，这些都是孩子上幼儿园后必然经历的过程，是一个关键期，我们家长要特别注意观察，多教育孩子和小朋友分享和互相谦让，学会与人礼貌的交往。

3、注意培养幼儿不随拿别人东西的好习惯。最近发现有的孩子把幼儿园的玩具拿回家，拿回家的玩具还不少，可家长不制止。在一次午休时，老师发现那个孩子又拿了班内很多小朋友放在学校的印章，他自己兜里装了五六个，还给班内的小朋友发了八九个。孩子小他不知道拿别人的东西不对，只是觉得东西好就想把它占为己有，家长如果发现应当适时教育，加以阻止，而不是视而不见。

4、每天来幼儿园要检查孩子的口袋，不要让孩子带零食和玩具、纸钱及有危险的东西(小刀，铁钉，打火机、扣子，玉米豆、花生豆、硬币等细小物品)以免幼儿发生误伤别人和自己的意外事故或防止吞掉，不要给孩子带贵重物品，以免遗失。接到孩子后带到幼儿园里玩耍眼睛盯到人，防止家长闲聊时幼儿意外受伤或被陌生人拐走。如果你的孩子要吃药，请在家用纸包好或者使用药盒装好，一定要写明姓名、服药时间、剂量，早上入园后把药亲自交到老师手中再嘱咐一遍，以防出错。

5、加强孩子的个人卫生，勤洗头洗澡、特别是要勤剪指甲，以免在孩子有争执时抓破别人的脸。如果您发现孩子有传染性疾病(如：发烧、呕吐、痢疾、麻疹、水痘、腮腺炎等)，请务必留在家中休息，以免传染给其他孩子，并及时通知老师，做好寝室、教室的消毒工作，防止交叉感染;对什么东西有强烈过敏情况也要早告知老师，防患于未然(如：鸡蛋、鱼、虾、海带等)。

6、有部分新来的小朋友，老师不是很熟悉你的孩子的一些习性，如果有照顾不周的地方请随时、及时和老师交流联系。如果您的孩子有一些特别的不适，一定不要瞒着老师，为了孩子，坦诚告诉老师。(解释：以前，幼儿园发生过，有的孩子有发烧抽的毛病，可家长碍于面子，不好意思说，结果有一次，在中午午休的时候突发高烧，抽了起来，幸好老师发现及时，把孩子送到了医院，医生说如果送迟了后果不堪设想。)

7、如您的联系电话和地址，有变动时，及时的和老师说一声，尽量留两个电话，以便幼儿园有事与您联系。(有家长留的电话要么打不通、要么是空号)

8、如果您有什么意见，或者想让我们知道孩子的一些习惯、生活习性时，请您多与我们进行面对面的交流，让我们尽快了解你的孩子，共同促进孩子的健康发展。

9、在教室的门口，我们每天出黑板，将一些通知和幼儿园的教学内容写在上面，请家长们及时的关心一下，积极参加幼儿园组织的各项活动。在家园联系版面上我们贴着周计划表、月计划表，请家长们了解我们每周的教育教学活动，达到家园共育。在教室的走廊旁边的墙上设有家长园地，我们会张贴一些国内外的先进的育儿观念和教育理念和健康护理方法，以及园内、班内学习、生活动态，请家长有时间就看，有时间欢迎关注咱们幼儿园的网站。

由此，我的眼前不禁浮现出一个孩子的身影——08年毕业的。初带，他生性调皮，行为习惯差，不是迟到就是旷课，不是没本子就是没铅笔，两条黄龙经常游荡在鼻子与黄河之间，经常衣衫不整，同学都不愿跟他玩。当我了解到是他妈妈对他恨铁不成钢缺乏正确的教育方法，一味相信棍棒底下出孝子，不打不成材。于是我几次三番登门拜访，跟家长交流思想，并对家长提出要求：其一，放下家长的架子，做孩子的朋友。其二，多关心孩子的衣、食、住、行，注意搞好孩子是个人卫生、学习，娱乐只准建议，不准强制。其三，坚持一个月不打孩子。我不失时机地抓住孩子好胜虚荣的心理，接连开展了几次活动：一次猜谜活动，他第一次猜出;故事会上天讲得故事赢得了同学的掌声;一次听写，他只得了十分;一次写话他得了带合格，。一次次活动仿佛几面镜子，把他照得棱角分明。我见火候到了，就找他谈心，我帮他分析自己的优缺点，制定学习计划。我先从最简单的教学常规教起，从每天按时完成作业说起，发动同学帮助他。多少次反复，多少次失败，终于功夫不负有心人，他变得讲卫生了，爱学习了，变得让同学老师都喜欢他了。

三校合一，他被分到了**老师的班里，他作文中的几句话一直印在我的心里：以前我遇到了**老师，她比我大妈妈对我还要好，现在我又遇到了一个淑女一样的老师，她叫，她对我也非常好。我就想不通，我咋就遇到了这么多的好老师呢?我想有一天他会想通的。但从他身上也使我更深地懂得教师所肩负的严峻使命，也是从他以及和他一样的学生身上体验到了因为播了撒爱，所以感动着、幸福着的滋味。

do you often use batteries? then do you know it takes 50 times more energy to make them than they produce? and just one simple battery can pollute as much water as a person can drink in his whole life. the facts and figures are amazing. so would you please try to use batteries only when it is necessary? if possible, give the used ones to the recycling companies so that they will be made into new ones and won’t be able to pollute the environment any more. sometimes we become complacent when it comes to recycling, but when you speak in terms of actual facts and figures that everybody can understand, people become much clearer about the problem.

we, as school students, can also join in recycling activities to protect the environment. for example, our class set up a recycling center beside the back door, it is very useful. it is used to collect the waste paper and plastic bottles. in the past, our classmates used to throw all of these into the trashcan. at the very beginning of this collecting activity, it was not so warm-welcomed. later, more and more people were influenced by the others and joined this collecting activity. gradually, all the students in our class form a good habit to protect the environment. all of us will now put away the reusable things instead of throwing them into the trashcan.

we should always remember in our mind that protecting the environment is our duty that we can never neglect. finally would you please let me end this speech with a little poem, “be kind to the river. be good to the trees. smile at the sunshine, and bow to the breeze. be friendly to nature, and nature will be friendly to you!”
