此时此刻，我是多么地激动啊！这是我人生中最激动人心的一刻。因为我第一次站在属于我们小记者们的舞台上，我们将唱响《红星闪闪》及《祖国告诉我》这两首歌。我们是为祖国歌唱；为解放军叔叔歌唱；为台下的观众歌唱；更是为我们小记者们歌唱。能为这么多人歌唱，我是多么的荣幸啊。当表演结束，听到台下响起的雷鸣般的掌声，让我想起来了我们为这次演出所付出的努力，那是让人多么的难忘啊！

自从报名参加了小记者晚会的大合唱节目后，我们所有参加节目的小朋友们基本上每个星期周末都要抽时间去排练，这样同学们就就减少了周末休息的时间。不过同学们对于这次活动都非常热情基本上都不会缺课，这样就可以看出来同学们对于这次活动是有多么地重视啊！报社特意请了一位太仓很有名的音乐老师杜老师来指导我们演唱。老师选了两首很有力量并且好听的歌《红星闪闪》和《祖国告诉我》。起初，我们合唱团的同学们对这首歌不是很熟悉，并且对于演唱的技巧也一窍不通，但通过杜老师的悉心指导，我们也慢慢地熟悉起来了。还只有三节课，我们就能把一首歌学完，并且背下来。最后我还荣幸地被选上当了领唱之一。

在合唱排练地过程中，我们也还是经常出现唱走调，忘记歌词，忘记做动作……但我们没有因此气馁，继续加油努力。通过我们全体同学们的努力，到最后一次排练我们已经做到不会走调，不会忘记歌词，不会忘记动作，可以说是“完美”！彩排地时候，我们又一次碰到了困难。因为杂音太多，所以我们大部分声音被盖住了，导播叔叔指出我们这样在台上是放不出声音的。那怎么办呢？后来就建议让我们领唱的六个同学去录音棚里录音。因为我们平时从来没有进过录音棚，刚开始都很紧张，歌也唱不好，录音录了好多次都不行。后来得到杜老师跟录音叔叔的指导跟鼓励，我们就很快地进入了状态，甚至后来我们个个都唱嗨了。很顺利地完成了录音。

台下的掌声还隐隐在我耳边响起，我们觉得我们的付出很值得。也通过这次的演出，让我感受到了团队的力量，没有我们团队一起努力地付出，也没有这么精彩的演出。我多么希望时间能永远停留在响起掌声的那一刻。

according to my opinion, it’s always better to be a leader than a follower. true leader show initiative. they take action and they assume responsibility. a leader makes a decision. some followers may approve of the decision, others may complain about it. however, these followers all chose to follow, not to lead. they chose not to make a decision. that’s how i’m different. i’m not a follower. i want to make the decisions.

good leader will not react to events, but will anticipate them .a leader will start a plan of action and then will persuade others to follow. for example, a class president at a local college may feel that the relationship between the community and the campus is not a good one .the citizens may feel that the college kids make too much noise on the street, litter public areas, and shop in other communities. a good class president will recognize that the community and the campus depend on one another. the president will ask the student body to keep noise down, help clean up the neighborhoods, and work with businesses to attract students. a good leader takes the initiative.

good leaders must be action-oriented. having taken the initiative, they must see the job though. they have to take charge and lead the followers. they have to motivate and encourage the followers. the followers (in this example, the student body) must understand why good relations with the community are necessary. the followers must be persuaded to do something about it.i enjoy taking the initiative, determining the direction, and being responsible for my actions. i don’t want to suffer through other people’s stupid decisions. if there are going to be stupid ways to do something, let them be mine. wouldn’t you agree?

周六晚上，我们依旧进行着我们“班足”的训练，这一回我们分成两队对抗。由于人数不均，我们外带几个小孩做“外援”。

比赛刚开始，感觉自己的自信还在、指挥能力不错，就准备先组织进攻，可是那帮孩子不听我的，导致我们后方线出现大量空位，加上对方密集的`进攻，一上场就2：0落后。可是我们并没有为此沮丧，而是重振旗鼓，组织人员在后防线加强防御。而我就深入敌后，等待时机，准备一举夺得进球。正因为这一次我们准备充分，在防守反击的过程中，队友巧妙配合，长传，短传交加进行。突然，对友发现了处在空位的我，一脚长传，我顺势停住球。对方发现后，赶紧返回回防，可是为时已晚，我一个脚跟推射将球送进了对方的大门。yes！成功的进了一球，这也为我们队鼓舞了斗志。可是对方锐气不减，继续交替传球，不久又打入一球。此时场上比分已是4：1，说真的，我自己此时已经一些泄气了，不过为了比赛，拼了！抓住机会——对方球员正在发球门球，我先假装不知道，躲在他们后面，可是眼睛正在搜索，猜测这他会发给谁？看准他起脚那一刻，我赶紧跑到对方球员面前，不出我所料，果然传给了他。此时，我正好在他面前，夺下球，加速，射门。球又进了！！转身再去看他，他还不知所措、目瞪口呆地站在那，不知刚刚发生了什么球就进了。我正得意洋洋那会儿，对方又进两球……

最后，我们以4-8惨败对手。这件事让我明白了：一个集体需要合作，个人的力量再怎么大也不会有团队的力量大的；只要熟悉的队伍、善于合作的团队才能取胜。

一个细小的沙子并不能结起一道厚厚的墙，正如屠呦呦一样，如果他一个人的话可能做不到今天的成就，但不可否认的是他的努力，他的奋斗生活也是一样，一个人活得久了，什么事情都习惯了，一个人我行我素，那这样的人必定在朋友圈里鹤立鸡群，中华民族一个庞大的体系，千千万万与民众生存的民族，如果只是几个人，没有庞大的体系，我们中华民族早就不再存在了，记得历史书中所讲到的有关毛泽东的故事，其中就有一个是这样的，他带领到农村建设革命根据地，他始终坚信农民群众才是最强大的力量，始终走群众路线，团结群众，这才是毛泽东在农村对众多的人说，进京赶考了，这也就说明群众的力量是多么伟大啊。

涂悠悠今天的成就也是不例外的，如果没有团队没有团队的力量，也是达不到今天所拥有的成就，就像我们的文化创作，文化创作，离开了社会实践就会成为无源之水，无本之木，涂悠悠就像文化创新，他的团队，就像社会实践团队，就像我们的班级大家庭一样，每个人都是团队中的一员，每个人都承担着不同的角色，正是这种地位才使我们每个人都找准了方向，确定了自己所在的位置，明确了自己的目标，一个文明班级的称号来源于班上每一个同学的努力付出，屠呦呦的团队也是这样，今天的成就来源于他的团队，每个人不懈努力，每个人都拼搏奋斗，坚持不懈。

另外让人备受关注的是屠呦呦是一个三无科学家，为何偏偏取得了如此瞩目的成就，我认为这和他本人的素质经济上有很大的关系，我想这是他这种不服输不怕吃苦的精神，才让他有了今天的辉煌，著名的伟大发明家爱迪生经过了很长时间的时间才发明出了电灯，物理学家牛顿经过几千次实验了几万次的失败，依旧不停的重复着实验，一心一意的研究，刻苦的努力着，勇敢的实践者，每一次跌跌撞撞都依然坚强地爬起来。

我想我们的学习也应该如此，需要有坚韧不拔的精神意志，这也是许多同学没有的，就连每天的作业都有时候，按时都完不成不了，做什么大事业一切都是空谈，我们还需要务实实践精神，做什么事情都需要做到实践中去，是不可能会有结果的更不能会取得成功，我们需要的是一个团队在一个团队中大家互相学习沟通，界限不断的完善自己取别人的长处补自己的短处，提高自己也有也能有所成就，而这正是许多班级都有的陈丽的学习小组只有小组的每个成员的努力才能获得先进小组，这也跟屠呦呦一样，只有团队的不懈努力才能取得瞩目辉煌的成就。

家喻户晓的蚂蚁搬家也是如此，没有用的成就也是如此，都说明了团队的重要性，团队的力量是无穷大的。

明亮的教室里，我和同学小泽、宇泽三人组成一个团队，正紧张地准备“搭纸塔”游戏比赛。

“游戏开始！”老师郑重宣布并按下了20分钟的计时器。我和一旁的小泽来不及跟宇泽商量，就埋头苦干起来。教室里剪刀的“咔擦咔擦……”奏起了一支美妙的旋律，口号“嗨哟嗨哟……”谱起了游戏主旋律。我们在紧张的环境中一遍遍地喊着“加油！努力！”，剪刀在纸上划出一道道美丽的弧线。

“啊！这下惨了！”一旁正在卷纸的宇泽抬起头来，着急地小声念叨着：“怎么办？怎么办？”

“怎么了？”我轻声地问他，“去做你的去，我可不用你管。”宇泽没好气地说。我没有因他焦急而生他的气，仍然平静地看了看他搭的纸塔，立刻察觉出是怎么回事。我立刻一只手拿起剪刀，另一只手拉起单面胶，进行修补。“哇！”宇泽感叹地说，“真聪明！”“小菜一碟！”我拍拍胸脯骄傲地说。

“时间仅剩两分钟！”老师郑重其事地来了一次通报。我们的心跳加速，时间一分一秒地飞逝。我飞快地叠起了瘫在桌上的纸宝塔，但是依旧徒劳无功。小泽垂头丧气叹息着：“没希望，彻底地失败了！”。

“时间到！”老师最后一次大叫道，我们三人静静地坐在桌上，看着其他组的“神舟1号”“超级手榴弹”……我们又羡慕又焦急又无奈。

那一刻我们深刻地反思了一下自己，似乎明白了一个道理——单丝不成线，独木难成林。一个成功的团队只有团结在一起，才能有更大的力量和更多的智慧，才能取得更大的成就。
