小时候我有一个梦想，啥时候能让我尽饱吃一顿白面馍那就太好了，我觉得那一天将是我最幸福的日子。敬爱的老师对我讲，要想吃白馍，就要好好学。于是我就勤奋地学，努力地学，啃着冷硬如砖的玉米面饼子一熬一个通宵。初中毕业后，我考入县里一座重点高中，正做着上大学、吃白馍的梦。突然的机遇（父亲退休）使我进入省城当了一名工人，我终于吃到白馍了，但我并不高兴，因为我每天要搬运四千到五千块砖，我当时年纪小，况且刚出校门，身体瘦弱。于是我又梦想，哪一天能离开这个鬼地方就好了，我觉得这样的工人还不如回家种地好。经过两年的磨难，我调入石棉厂，跟着刘师傅学维修钳工，刘师待我恩重如山，给了我许多温暖和关爱。我于是又鼓起希望之帆，继续求学，白天上班，晚上骑自行车到西大听课自攻大专，同时参预厂里的各项活动，写论文、办板报，梦想有朝一日能参预企业管理，经过三年努力，我顺利拿到了文凭，但回到厂里却因人事更迭而没有人用了。我又一次失望了，曾经十分痛苦和迷惘。

于是，我又梦想有钱，因我当时月工资只有100多元，而家事又多，常常入不敷出，度日维艰。我母亲更是连1毛钱的电车都舍不得坐，来回上班要走几里路。上个世纪91年底，我们全家人一起下海了，承包经营了一家国有饭店，经过两年的流血流汗，我们在经济上彻底翻身了，正当我们松了一口气，庆幸母亲后半生衣食有靠时，她却因劳累过度突然去世了。这沉重的打击使我几乎丧失了生活的信心。我想，人对于美好生活的追求和向往是天经地义的，人为改变自己的不幸命运而奔波，而忙碌，而不懈地努力是可亲可敬的，但如果以自己的生命作代价来换取经济基础的稳固，这代价实在就太大了。因此，每当我面对母亲的遗像，追念她为养育儿女所付出的辛劳以及她不平凡的生活经历的时候，我就不由得泪流满面，觉得挣钱其实是一件很无聊的事。有位哲人说过：我们手里的金钱，是我们保持自由的一种工具，而我们追求的金钱则是使我们成为奴隶的一种工具。

我还能梦想什么呢？梦想在不断的实现中破灭，希望又在不断的憧憬中再现。前面未知的路又该怎样走呢？

我深深地思索着，回味这些年来所经历的风风雨雨，所走过的坎坎坷坷，所品尝的酸甜苦辣；所认真做过的大大小小的事情。我突然觉得，经历也是一种财富，艰苦奋斗的过程才是最珍贵和美好的。目标是虚幻的，它就像不断前移的地平线；而过程是实在的，任何人也无法阻止你在生命的路上去创造一个精彩的过程。于是，梦想使人迷醉，距离就成了快乐。追求使人充实，失败和成功都是伴奏。当生命以美的形式证明其价值的时候，幸福是享受，痛苦也是享受。

那么，我们所应看重的就是过程而不是结果了，母亲虽然去世，但她在艰苦创业过程中所形成的不屈不挠的精神，踏实勤俭的作风却深深铭刻在了我们的心上，激励着我们前进。

今后的路该怎么走呢？我想，不要犹豫，不要徘徊，梦想是帆，过程是船。命定的局限可永在，不屈的奋斗不可缺。我们要学会自己为自己伴奏，一边歌唱，一边前进，在生命的道路上去努力实现一个精彩的过程。
